Faculty Office
The Faculty Office looks after the following:
- "Change of Module" forms
- medical certs
- deferral forms
The Faculty Office is in room L115 on the 1st floor of the
CA building.
The Faculty Office opening hours are: Morning: 11:00 - 12:30
Afternoon: 14:30 - 16:00 Please state your name and id number

Technical Support Helpdesk
The Technical Support Helpdesk looks after computer support
issues.
It is located in room LG24 on the ground floor of the Computer
Applications building.
Quieries can be mailed to the helpdesk helpdesk@computing.dcu.ie.

Notice boards
There are notice boards in the ground floor lobby, and
on each of the 1st and 2nd floor landings of the main stairwell
in the CA building.
CA1 information will be placed on the ground floor notice
boards.
The notice board will have the following information:
- timetable
- class lists and tutorial groups
- notices about occasional competitions
- other general information

Project boxes
The project boxes are in the corridor directly opposite
room L126. Projects are scheduled throughout the year. These
drop-off boxes are used as collection points for these projects.
Unless told otherwise by your lecturer, you MUST use the project
boxes for submission of your projects. Each project must be
submitted with the Project
Submission Form.

Timetables
There are timetables on the notice board on the groud
floor of the CA building. There are also available here.
Note: the timetable is subject to change, especially during
the first few weeks of each semester.

Tutorial groups
The entire class will be split into smaller groups for
tutorials and lab sessions. The groups you have been allocated
to will be posted up in student number order in the notice
boards on the ground floor of the CA building.
You will be in different groups for different modules. If
you are not on the list for a given module, please contact
