Medical Cert
If you are ill during the semester, you should submit a medical cert to
the Faculty Office. All information is strictly confidential. When submitting
the medical cert, please include a covering letter with the following information:
- your name and student ID
- the period of your illness
- what modules/exams are covered by the cert (e.g. state if you missed
an exam due to your illness)
Extenuating Circumstances
If you wish to inform the Faculty Office of any extenuating circumstances
you have had to deal with during the semester, you should submit a note
to Faculty Office with the following information:
- your name and student ID
- the period covered by the circumstances
- what modules/exams are covered by the period (e.g. state if you missed
an exam)
