What are the requirements for each programme?

The entry requirements for each programme are on each of their web pages. If you don't have the exact requirements but have relevant experience it is worth applying. The Chair of the Programme can let you know if you would make a good candidate but it depends on the standard of other candidates that apply and the number of places allocated so you are not guaranteed a place.

I'm a EU passport holder - how do I apply?

You apply online with the Postgraduate Application Centre (PAC) using the relevant PAC code. For example - if you are applying for the Professional Entry to the Grad Dip in IT, part-time, it would be DC845.

Please note: PAC are a separate organisation from DCU. PAC deals with the administration aspect of postgraduate application from DCU and from many other Irish universities so if you have an application query related to your PAC application, you will have to contact PAC directly.

I'm not an EU passport holder - how do I apply?

Non-EU applications to full-time and part-time postgraduate taught programmes must apply online through the Postgraduate Application Centre (PAC) by 15th July. Applications may also be taken after this date, if places have not been allocated by 15th July. All Non-EU candidates are advised to apply by our optional early application date (15th February), particularly where they are nationals of a Non-EU state where a study visa is required.

Please note: PAC are a separate organisation from DCU. PAC deals with the administration aspect of postgraduate application from DCU and from many other Irish universities so if you have an application query related to your PAC application, you will have to contact PAC directly.

What are the final application dates for the programmes?

See here for all our final application dates.

Please note: there are limited places on these programmes. Successful applicants are offered places on a "first-come, first-served" basis. We recommend an early application to avoid disappointment for candidates.

Where can I find the PAC codes?

You can find them all here! They're also on www.pac.ie/dcu and in the link for our postgraduate programmes.
