BSc in Computer Applications - Student Projects

Project Details

Artificial Intelligence Poker Player

The purpose of my project is to simulate a networked game of the poker variant "Texas Hold 'Em" and an Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) agent that can successfully play, and through continued learning, beat human players. The game will allow up to eight players and the artifical intelligence to play poker against each other across the world wide web. With every game, the A.I. updates what it has learnt and attempts to use its new-found abilities to beat human players.
