PhD Student

Ongoing research in the field of Computational Biology, focusing on gene regulatory network model inference from integrated biological data. See research page for more information on the project and a publication list. Work funded under the IRCSET Embark scheme.

Tutoring activities

Tutorials and laboratories within the School of Computing for several modules, both at undergraduate and master level, starting with academic year 2009-2010. Please see teaching page for details on modules tutored.
