Evaluation of SBD sounds easy, but that’s where the fun started !
Different MPEG-1 decoders produce different frame numbering from the same source;
Decoders can suddenly jump a few frames … in mid-file, so we had to be flexible in defining matches for evaluation:
hard cut gradual transition
Matches if: ?5 ? is at least 1/3 of the longer and 1/2 of the shorter
