Congratulations! Your paper as been accepted by the reviewing committee for EAMT-CLAW 2003, and we now hope you will come and present your research to us in Dublin. This document outlines the requirements for the submission of camera-ready copy. Submission Information Papers are restricted to 10 pages, including references. We are using the two-column format for our proceedings, and strongly recommend the use of LaTeX style files or Microsoft Word Style files tailored for this conference. Several files are supplied below that describe the formatting for EAMT-CLAW-03 submissions.
A description of the format is available in eamtclaw03.ps in case you are unable to use these style files directly. Note: A paper accepted for presentation at the EAMT-CLAW 2003 Meeting cannot be presented or have been presented at any other meeting with publicly available published proceedings. Submission Procedure All papers must be submitted electronically to away@computing.dcu.ie, no later than 10 p.m. GMT on March 30th, 2003. Papers submitted after that time run the risk of not being included. Papers should be submitted in PDF format, with no page numbering. In addition, please supply the Latex or Word source, ensuring---for Latex-ed papers---that any particular style requirements are included in the preamble. Papers not conforming to these formatting guidelines will be returned. In addition, note that papers will only be accepted if at least one author has registered at the early registration stage. Questions regarding the submission
process should be directed to away@computing.dcu.ie. | |||||||||||||
