1. The printed page should be of a very high standard indeed.
2. There are, however, a number of environmental factors, such as
high temperature and humidity, which can cause variations in
the print density.
3. If the page looks too light or too dark, adjust the print density
dial on the left side of the printer.
4. Turn the button one or two positions in the direction of the
dark indicator.
5. Switch the printer off prior to printing the test page.
6. Then switch it on again.
7. Now you can connect the printer to the PC with a parallel interface
cable.
8. New toner units are held level during installation and, since they
do not as supplied contain toner, must be filled from a toner cartridge.
