A project in the School of Mechanical Engineering requires the aid of an
FYP student from CA to help us build a web based tool for orthopaedic
surgeons. 
We are currently studying the stability of orthopaedic fracture fixation
devices and attempting to model their mechanical behaviour within the body
as they are subjected to physiological loading. An FYP student would therefore
build a GUI which will allow a surgeon to access and alter these models.
The student(s) will receive help and encouragement from a postgrad student
and two local orthopaedic surgeons.
