CA400 Year 4 Project

Procedure

The procedures and rules for completing repeat/deferred projects is generally the same as the first round of projects, except all students have an approved project from the start - either a previously approved project or the standard project. You must complete a repeat/deferred project as per the list below. Changes are not allowed. 

The basic procedure is as follows:

  1. Upon results being announced you should check this webpage and verify your name appears. If it does not, contact the CA4 project coordinator by email ca4project AT computing.dcu.ie
  2. Contact your supervisor immediately to agree a work schedule, etc.
  3. Contact your supervisor before Monday 11 August to arrange a demonstration date and time. Projects must be demonstrated no later than Friday 22 August
  4. Submit your project (Technical Specification and User Guide) to your supervisor by Monday 11 August or at a date as instructed by your supervisor.
