QuestionBank is a corpus of 4000 parse-annotated questions for use in the development of parser-based linguistic resources for Question Answering. The corpus is described in more detail in my paper

QuestionBank is provided free for research purposes as long as an appropriate reference to the above mentioned publication is included in any published work arising out of the use of QuestionBank.
