Lynn Killen graduated from Trinity College, Dublin, with a B.A. in Mathematical Economics and Statistics. Under the sponsorship of a Research Scholarship awarded by the Agricultural Institute (now Teagasc) she completed an M.Sc. in the University of Hull and a Ph.D. in Trinity College. Since graduating, she has worked in the Irish Dairy Board, the National Board for Science and Technology, Teagasc and the Industrial Development Authority. She has been a lecturer in quantitative methods in the School of Computer Applications at Dublin City University since 1990. |
