Lynn Killen, B.A. (Mod.), M.Sc., Ph.D.
My research interest is mainly in the modelling of large economic systems,
having worked for a number of years in the areas of agricultural research,
energy research and industrial development. My most recent research in the
area of industrial development has centered on investigating the performance
of companies on a regional basis. In the agriculturaal sector, a study has
been completed on the costing of feedstuffs to ruminants and least cost ration
formulation.
My interests in the agriculture and energy sctrors are now being combined
in a study which is due to commence in the autumn of 1994. The focus of
this study will be investigating the production of liquid fuels from the
agriculture sector as an input to the transport sector.
