CA427 – Operations Research/Management Science This is an introductory course on Management Science (Operations Research) techniques. It is available to all streams of Year 4 of the BSc in Computer Applications. Lecture notes will be posted on moodle. Module Descriptor. Linear Programming Notes. CA429 – Operations Research/Management Science II This is a course introducing more advanced techniques in Operations Research/Management Science, and has CA427 as a pre-requisite. It is also available to Year 4 of the BSc in Mathematical Sciences. Lecture notes are posted on moodle. Module Descriptor. Notes on Dynamic Programming. CA200 - Quantitative Analysis for Business Decisions This module provides an introduction to the use of quantitative methods in decsision making in a business context. It is taught in Semester 1 to the BSc in Enterprise Computing. The course includes introductory Statistics techniques and Management Science techniques. The material for this course is available on moodle. Module Descriptor. CA235 – Quantitative Methods II This course consists of statistical techniques and an introduction to Management Science techniques. It is taught in Semester 2 and is a compulsory course for AF2.
