About Me

I am a PhD. candidate in Dublin City University's School of Computing. I am currently involved with the MIKAEL (Management Infrastructure for Knowledge-based ELearning) Project, which is looking at how structured knowledge can be used to aid people creating and managing eLearning resources. Previous to coming to DCU, I studied in the National College of Ireland (NCI), where I recieved my BSc. in Software Systems in 2004. As part of my degree I worked in Irish Life as a Java Developer and Web Developer. For more Information on my previous experience please click here.

I have also worked in various teaching roles and as a web development consultant
