Location The 23rd Conference on Applied Statistics in Ireland, CASI 2003, will be held in Bloomfield House Hotel, Mullingar. Mullingar is situated 80 Km from Dublin, and Bloomfield House Hotel is on the shores of Lough Ennell, about 3 Km from the town, on the Tullamore Road. It is beside Mullingar Golf Club (See page on golftravelireland.net) Additional information can be obtained from the Irish Toursit Board website at www.ireland.travel.ie. Travelling: Dublin to Mullingar by Public Transport By Bus There is a daily service between Dublin (Central Bus Station "Busaras") and Mullingar. There is approximately one bus every hour, and the journey takes approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. See www.buseireann.ie for further details. By train Trains run daily between Dublin (Connolly Station) and Mullingar. There journey takes approximately 1 hour and there are 3/4 trains per day. See www.iarnrodeireann.ie for details. From Dublin Airport There are regular bus service from Dublin Airport to and from Connolly Station and Busaras (Central Bus Staion) . there is the Airlink coach service and the Airlink service (run by Dublin Bus (www.dublinbus.ie) which runs every 10-15 minutes.
