tay tikciwa?What do you do?
Tay means what. Ciwa is the verb "to do". "ti" is the "you" part.

The "k" is added in when there is a "thing" involved. Don't worry about it too much for now, we will see more examples throughout the course.

naha nikciwa kumalI make kumals
naha is "I", "ni" is the "me" part and ciwa is "to do".

The "k" indicates that an object is involved.

naha nitekiti tik ne kohtanI work in the field
"tekiti" is the verb "to do", so "nitekiti" means "I work".

"tik" means in, "ne" means "the" and "kohtan" means field.

Note the pronunciation of the "h" in the word "kohtan".
