I teach classes in DCU for the DCU Yoga Club where I was chairperson between 2004 and 2007 and I also teach yoga to the GAA Academy players in DCU. I have begun training for the Iyengar Assocation Introductory Level Teaching Certificate and intend to continue progressing through the Iyengar training courses. I frequently attend yoga workshops and classes to further advance my yogic understanding and life. At some stage I intend to open my own yoga studio, in the meantime I'm just dreaming about it ;)
