I am working at Dublin City University (DCU), Software and Systems Engineering Group. My work is focused on developing techniques and improving methodologies to design enterprise service-based architectures. My supervisor is Dr. Claus Pahl.
My current project involves an architecture development process which guides the transition from business models to service architectures. The method is supported by reference models and patterns. Firstly, business processes are enhanced with domain model elements and architecture constraints imposed by existing applications. Subsequently, reference models and patterns -with embedded quality characteristics- are exploited to identify services and early recognise dependencies between services.
