SSH - Remote Access to your Linux Account

To connect to your Linux account from outside the School of Computing, you have to SSH to the student server:

Username/Password: Use the username/password combination that you received at DCU registration.

PuTTY is a free SSH client for Windows. You can download it for free.

If you want to copy files to/from your Linux account from Windows, you may find WinSCP useful.
