FORC (Pathway in Forensic Computing) Summer School 2019

FORC 2019The School of Computing through Charlie Daly, Darragh O’Brien and Renaat Verbruggen hosted a Summer School for two weeks as part of an Erasmus+ project, FORC, which is aimed at capability building in Forensic Computing.

We were lucky to have fantastic contributions from our colleagues, John McKenna and Suzanne Little.

We hosted 14 students from two Universities in Jordan and two in Palestine:  Al-Quds University, Palestine; Palestine Technical University Kadoorie; Princess Sumaya University for Technology Jordan and The University of Jordan.

Thanks to the generosity of the Faculty we also held a reception for the students on Tuesday 18th, June in the POD in the Stokes Building.

Feedback from all the participants about their experience at DCU has been extremely positive.
