 Intel Ireland's Product Development Engineering (PDE) group are looking for motivated engineers to support its expanding Test development activities. The charter of the PDE team is to deliver wafer level test solutions for Intel's leading edge integrated circuit products. The successful candidate have the opportunity to develop test content for some of the most advanced IC products in the market. The successful candidate will gain a deep understanding of Intel's chip architectures and test methods in an environment that fosters and rewards technical innovation.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Developing an in-depth understanding of Intel's Chip Architecture and associated Semiconductor test methods.
- Contributing within experienced teams to developing test solutions for Intel products.
- Collecting and analyzing detailed integrated circuit performance data in support of test validation.
- Working directly with hardware architects and product development teams worldwide .


The candidate must be a Recent College Graduate who has a relevant Masters level qualification or a honors Bachelors (e.g.: B.Eng. or B.Sc.) obtained within the last 18 months in a Science or Engineering discipline (which would include but not exclusively, Electronic Eng., Electrical Eng. or Computer Science etc.). Qualification should be at minimum of Level 8 in the NFQ (National Framework of Qualifications or equivalent.

We seek people with an outstanding technical knowledge of electronics combined with a demonstrated aptitude for programming in either C/C++/C# or similar High Level Language, who have a proven track record of applying it practically in a team environment. We seek people who can use strategic thinking and problem solving techniques to drive solutions to a wide range of theoretical and practical problems, which require a high degree of innovation and ingenuity. We are looking for people who can establish priorities for their projects and focus other to help them in their tasks
